Personal online instruction for your OsteoTrainer®
Get off to the best start with your personalized online training session! Our trainers will show you live how to set up the OsteoTrainer® correctly, adopt the correct posture, and perform the exercises safely. You will receive practical tips on technique, breathing, and exercise control—tailored to your fitness level and goals.
The training session takes place conveniently via video call and lasts around 30 minutes. This will teach you how to use the OsteoTrainer® effectively, safely, and in a way that is tailored to you – for a successful start to your training.
