The idea – grown from experience

Dr. Dr. Thomas Kaufmann , former high-performance athlete, practicing physician with decades of experience, and passionate family man, developed the OsteoTrainer® because he wanted to achieve effective daily training despite his lack of time in order to remain physically fit and maintain mental balance through exercise.

His goal: a system that strengthens the human body as a functional unit, responds to individual needs, and can be used anywhere. The result is the OsteoTrainer®—a training device that combines isometric and dynamic stimuli, adapts to any environment, and caters to every fitness level.

Our vision

We believe in a society in which healthy exercise is accessible and a matter of course for everyone – regardless of age, daily routine, or physical condition. The OsteoTrainer® is our contribution to this: a training system that can be flexibly adapted to different user needs – not the other way around.
